All published prices are starting points. After a free discovery call we send a written proposal with a fixed fee. Once signed, the fee won't change unless the scope changes — and any scope change is agreed in writing before extra work begins.
We invoice in THB by default but accept payment via Thai bank transfer, international wire (USD/EUR/SGD), Wise, or credit card (with 3% surcharge). Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.
Government fees (DBD registration, BOI fees, embassy stamps, courier) are billed at cost on top. Auditor's fees for the annual statutory audit are separate and quoted by the audit firm. 7% VAT applies to all our services.
Yes. Most clients combine company setup + monthly accounting + visa/work permit, which saves 10–15% vs. à-la-carte. Annual prepayment of monthly retainers earns one month free.
